Overnight camps specializing defenders, forwards and goalkeeper.

 

The principle of one-day hockey camps is to lead a better player throughout the season in the right direction.

It is not our intention to develop a more physical player yoke during the season than the club.

Hockey is a physically demanding sport and it is important to ensure the health and compensation exercises. Each player has from an early age, their habits that are hard to remove later on. Have the young players are emerging health problems caused by poor posture, back pain, groin and joints.

Hockey training from the Agency Surpass are focused on this issue, particularly on health, compensation exercises. With us is the player guided comprehensively both the playing skills and skating technique – poweskating, and especially after the health exercises.

In addition to daily health training camps also we put emphasis on skating technique, proper guidance discs – stickhandling, technology clubs, passing and shooting. The third important pillar is the development of psychology player.

In six years of hockey training Surpass we have significant experience with the right leadership training.

Training unit is divided into two hours:

Players are divided into skuponek years of study and practice to match their category.

Training on the ice – on ice 60 min Technology skating, power skating, disk management, technology clubs, shooting, passing, coordination exercises, games
Training off the ice – ice off gym 60 min health exercises, coordination exercises, agility, technique sticks (stickhandling), gymnastic exercises and stretching exercises, psychological preparation, healthy posture, regeneration, games

 

How often is a good thing?

 

Daily hockey camps used for proper management players during the season, so that a player has been properly prepared for the course of the season.

Our goal is for players to create even more burdensome than the club. The optimal frequency is 4 training units per month for the player's season. This can significantly help the players to better results and better health style.

Ice rink Košutka

 

Kosutka ice rink, is a multifunctional sports hall with two ice rink, fitness center and gym. In place of the winter stadium is secured eating. Ice rink is located in a quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of Pilsen, surrounded by nature.
