All of it is dependent on player's overall fitness. Each player has different prerequisites to be gifted with strength.
Compilation of proper training plan is the cornerstone for the achievement of training objectives. Everyone has different needs and different actual state of musculoskeletal system, which requires thorough preparation and individual access.

Fitness training creates a prerequisite for increasing of sports performance. The goal of physical training is to develop particular motion skills, general and special. Basic general motion abilities are strength, speed, endurance, agility and dexterity. The better fitness training the ice hockey player has passed, the more he can be loaded with special techniques (explosive strength, reaction speed, match endurance, reaction balance and others). During the exercise, the emphasis is on the removal of the muscle imbalances that arise by unilateral load, and thereby improving and prolonging the sports career. The program can be complemented by the services of a physiotherapist. The program includes consultations relating to the menu, nutritional supplements, training plan, the principles of lifestyle, proper regeneration.
