An ice hockey player can have excellent qualifications to be a very good player, but without well set fitness training, achieving the success is not possible for him.

Fitness training sessions are prepared so that they are as effective as possible for players. They are developed in coordination with several experts. A well-balanced training containing everything needed is the result.

An individual fitness training plan is prepared for every player. It is aimed at the improvement of player's weaknesses. The plan is dynamic and changes the according to the player's needs. This is the only way how to reach effective training indeed containing everything needed.

Ice hockey fitness training on the ice

During training on the ice, we focus on movement coordination, gameplay skill, speed of execution, development of power abilities, training of technical-tactical skills, etc. Player develops listed skills and abilities not only in team play, but also in individual training, in which players have enough space to focus on their weaknesses.

Practicing also takes place off the ice. It especially concerns training focused on specialized development of particular movement abilities.

Fitness training is important for player preparation but it is not by far the only thing that the player should focus on.
